Well, there was a trip undertaken at the speed of light if ever there was one.
Months and weeks spent thinking about going home and now I'm back already.
I had to clear a whole shelf on the bookcase for all the books that Santy brought me this year. And somehow I have managed to bring home two copies of Colin Thubron's In the Shadow of the Silk Road, so apologies to whoever I accidentally stole a copy from.
You may have it back upon receipt of proof that you actually own it and care about it.
Nearly everything made it back to Nova Scotia in one piece except for a lovely sculpture that Eileen and Stevo gave me that has one little chip in it. It will be lovingly fixed as soon as I get my hands on some superglue.
Of course I forgot Andrew and Myles' birthdays as usual.
