I read the (long) Executive Summary (ain't never going to have the time for the full thing), and was quietly impressed. I think it's pretty sound stuff, there's a half-way realistic approach to balancing growth and emissions reductions and it doesn't soften the facts overmuch.
I still don't see your big neighbour to the South, or China, taking the steps to make it happen though, particularly in the limited timescale Stern proposes.
